Let me tell you how the session goes.
First, I gently apply warm oil to the back — slowly and softly, so the body immediately feels cared for.
I work on the shoulders, neck, between the shoulder blades, arms, fingers, back, hips, and legs — from heels to knees, and further up.
Every touch is focused on relieving tension, relaxing the muscles, and helping the body truly unwind. I pay attention to every detail — I massage the feet, each toe, even the little ones, and stimulate points that are often forgotten but deeply relaxing.
Once the body is relaxed, I move gently to the front. The massage continues — abdomen, chest, legs.
It’s a warm, flowing experience that helps you reconnect with yourself and brings a deep sense of calm.
The session lasts around 60 minutes.
